A rigorous and audacious notion of the volumes is caused by the disposition of the different areas on two levels from a well-lit lobby which projects itself as a fluid and encompassing interior space. The access to the main hall, offices and exhibition gallery is on the ground floor. On the first floor, surrounding the internal empty space created by the lobby, are the congress halls and press rooms and the cafeteria which look out onto the park and sea from a vantage point. The main hall, with a seating capacity of 800 has been conceived as a music auditorium, congress hall and for projections. It can be accessed from the ground floor and the seating is arranged in a gradually sloping incline.
