The wind from over the mountains has taken us to the narrow street of Solet, where Paula and Miguel have opened a part of their house to the public. Salads and sandwiches which make Hansel and Gretel’s mouth water, exquisite with quail eggs, the amber colour of a nice cold beer, the lights which paint the street verbena, pop music and above all the feeling of having found a place where the best of the Mediterranean and the most cosmopolitan of the people from the sea have been united.
